For 3 tiles wide. Allow to dry and treat the tiles with grout. Cut the sheet metal to fit the frame using tin snips then secure it to the wood strips with wood glue. To create a frame for the mesh insert glue wood strips painted black around the back of the door frame so they partially show in the front.

Paint the whole cabinet in a desired color and let dry. Each panel is made to suit the individual tile and combination of tiles being used. Bullnose tile is a necessity when working with man made tiles such as porcelain and ceramic. Apply tile adhesive to the door with a putty knife and adhere the tiles.

After you ve primed and painted your cabinets add a little sparkle with tile. They should be smaller no bigger than 6 in. After removing the inner door panel with a jigsaw paint the cabinet door and let dry. Lay out and trim mesh back glass tile to fit the door panel.

For 2 tiles wide. You don t need to grout the tile but if you do be sure the cabinet hinges are strong enough to hold the extra weight of the grout.
